ಒಂದು ಘಟನೆ ಜೀವನವನ್ನೇ ಬದಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಒಂದು ಘಟನೆ ಜೀವನವನ್ನೇ ಬದಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ 1998 ಜನವರಿ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ ಮನೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಯಾರೋ ಬಂದು ಜೋರಾಗಿ ಬೈಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಂದೆ , ಮನೆ ಎದುರು ಸಾಲ ಕೊಟ್ಟವರು ಸಾಲ ವಾಪಸ್ಸುಕೇಳಲು ಬಂದು ಜಗಳವಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ನನ್ನ ತಾಯಿ ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಏನು ಹೇಳಲಾದೇ ಒದ್ದಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು , ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆ ಒಬ್ಬ ಟೈಲರ್ , ಮತ್ತು ಅಜ್ಜಿ ಇಬ್ಬರು ತಮ್ಮಂದಿರು, ಒಬ್ಬ ತಂಗಿ ನಾನೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮಗ, ಸಾಲ ಕೊಟ್ಟವರು…

ಒಂದು ಉದ್ಯಮದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಆ ಉದ್ಯಮವ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಮನೋಭಾವ ಅವಲಂಬಿಸುತ್ತದೆಂದರೇ ಸುಳ್ಳಲ್ಲ, ಉದ್ಯಮಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಶಿಸ್ತು[discipline for success] , ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪಾಲನೆ, ದೂರದೃಷ್ಟಿ,ಸಮಯಪಾಲನೆ  ಕೇವಲ ಉದ್ಯಮದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿರದೇ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಯ ಬದುಕಿನ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.ಆದಾಗಲೇ ಉದ್ಯಮವು ನಿಂತ ನೀರಾಗದೇ ಸದಾ ಹೊಳೆಯಂತೇ ಹರಿಯುತ್ತದೇ…ಉದ್ಯಮವೆಂದರೇ ಅದೊಂದು ನಿರಂತರ ತಯಾರಿಕೆ[continous upgradation] …ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣತೆ ಅನ್ನುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲಾ..ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣತೆ ಹೊಂದುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿಯೇ ದಿನಪೂರ್ತಿ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಯು ಕಷ್ಟ ಪಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.  ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ಬದಲಾಗುವ ಕಾಲಮಾನ, ಬಂದು ಒದಗುವ ಅನಾನುಕೂಲತೆ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ[customer’s expectation], ಹೀಗೆ…
